2. First come, first serve basis and all sales are final. Items can be reserved up to 5 days before it'll be put up for another potential buyer (of course it's still negotiable). Serious buyers only!! Payment must be made into my Maybank account within 3 days after reservation.
3. Items will be shipped after payment is received. The shipping fee will be included in the price unless specified otherwise.
